In my diploma work I am dealing with topic of work in one of the world's largest global retailer on the internet - Amazon. In 2015 Amazon opened a new fullfilment centre in Dobrovíz near Prague. Through the statement of one of ex-employee I discovered what it means to work for one of the richest man in the world (2019) - Jeff Bezos. These working conditions I've decided to demonstrate on platform AmazonExperience which consists from e-shop that contains artworks - that apeears as products. They are mostly inspired by company's slogans, stereotypes of work, experiences of Amazon's system and strict or unwritten rules.

Michael Hauser, Ph.D. Abstract: There is no doubt that work is an important part of human existence and our lives, but it seems that now we are working more than ever before. Just a quick look on our everyday routine will confirm the following statement: work is invading all parts of our lives. Everything is somehow connected to work: we are working on ourselves, on our bodies, on our relationships and it significantly affects our perception of the world. The definition of work and what it implies has dramatically changed in the course of time and hence new challenges have appeared. In this paper I focus on some of these challenges such as the phenomenon of precariat, bullshit jobs, idleness at work, work as a center of human life and new anti- work movements. I am also trying to describe how these problems affects human beings, society and self-presentation of individuals. I also tried to problematize widely accepted idea about the importance of work in the contemporary late capitalistic society and also suggest few ideas how to improve work conditions and life of workers.
